Terms of Service

Last updated: April 9, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Blueberry you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Blueberry is an autonomous AI agent accessible via Telegram. It can connect to third-party services (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) on your behalf using OAuth and perform actions you request.

3. Your Responsibilities

4. Connected Accounts

When you connect a third-party account (e.g. Gmail), you authorise Blueberry to act on that account within the scope of permissions you granted. You can revoke access at any time via /disconnect in Telegram or directly in the third-party provider's security settings.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

6. Disclaimers

Blueberry is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated actions may contain errors — always verify important outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevJSX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Blueberry.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
